HD FINANCE Earn Credit Rp 90 billion from the Commonwealth Bank - 
JAKARTA: Financial companies PT HD Finance Tbk (HDFA) received a credit facility from the Commonwealth Bank worth 90 billion.
Based on the loan, the bank is obliged to sign a credit agreement and fiduciary certificates.
"The term of this agreement a maximum of 36 months from the date of each disbursement," said Corporate Secretary Finance Novita HD Frestiani in the disclosure of the information today, Thursday (09/27/2012).
The credit facility is secured by bills or consumer financing at 100% of the total principal amount of the outstanding credit facility.
Today (Thursday, 9/27/2012), the stock price was formerly known as PT Indonesia Lease Corporation was up 1.82% to 280 by market capitalization Rp431, 2 billion.
HDFA coded only a year listing on the Indonesian stock exchange rose to 5.66% during the year.
